La sentenza emessa in ottemperanza è limitata, quanto all’oggetto, all’ambito della sentenza da ottemperare ed è impugnabile solo con ricorso per cassazione ai sensi dell’art. 70 del D.lgs. n. 546/92 e in coerenza con l’art. 111 della Cost.
